Terms for using the Neon exhibition stand website and making a project enquiry.
1. About this website
Neon presents custom exhibition stand design, manufacturing, logistics, installation and dismantling services. This website provides information about our work and allows you to discuss a potential project with our team.

2. Project enquiries and agreements
Project photographs, concepts and service descriptions illustrate our work; they are not a binding offer for a particular design, price or delivery date.
Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a stand construction contract. The contracting company, scope, specification, price, payment schedule, deadlines and cancellation terms must be set out in the separate project agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
3. How the enquiry form works
The quote form prepares a message in your own email application. Nothing is automatically submitted to Neon by this form. Please review and send the email yourself. If your email application does not open, you can copy the prepared message and email it to [email protected].
Please provide accurate contact and project information, and only send documents or personal information you are entitled to share.
4. Website content and third-party brands
Website text, stand designs, photographs and visualisations may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view them and share links when evaluating our services. Reuse, reproduction or commercial distribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.
Client names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the portfolio identifies the projects shown and does not imply endorsement of other services.
5. Responsible use and external links
Do not use the website to distribute harmful content, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse personal information.
Links to maps and other external services take you to sites operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services.
6. Information, updates and contact
Project availability and technical requirements are confirmed individually. If you notice an error in our website information, please contact [email protected].
We may update these website terms as the website changes. Changes do not amend an existing project agreement by themselves or limit mandatory statutory rights. How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
